Terms & Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to motorbike rentals and travel eSIM orders from Rikent, operated by PT Zentrahub Solusi Teknologi. By booking or paying, you agree to them.

1. Booking and payment

• All prices and payments are in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). Prices shown in other currencies are indicative only.
• Online bookings are paid by bank transfer to our BCA account or by QRIS, as shown on the payment page. Cash at handover is available for bookings made on WhatsApp.
• Pay within 2 hours of booking and send the payment proof on WhatsApp. Your booking is confirmed once we verify the payment. Unpaid online bookings may be cancelled automatically after 2 hours.
• The minimum rental period is 2 days.

2. Requirements

At handover you must show your passport and a valid driving licence. Foreign visitors need an International Driving Permit. We may refuse handover if these are not provided.

3. What is included

• Two SNI-certified helmets and a raincoat, with unlimited mileage.
• Free delivery and pick-up in Kuta, Legian and at Ngurah Rai Airport. Outside this area a delivery fee applies and is shown before you pay.
• 24/7 WhatsApp support. If the bike has a problem on the road, we can swap the unit or send help to your location.

4. Cancellation and date changes (bike rental)

• Paid bookings are non-refundable.
• You can change your rental dates free of charge, subject to availability. Message us on WhatsApp before your scheduled pick-up time.
• If Rikent cancels your booking or the booked bike is unavailable, we provide an equivalent replacement bike or refund 100% of the amount you paid.

5. Damage, Rikent Protection and theft

• Without Protection: you pay the full repair cost of any damage to the bike during your rental.
• Rikent Protection (optional, Rp 10.000 per day): choose it when you book. We cover the repair cost of damage to the bike up to Rp 2.000.000 per rental; any amount above that is paid by you. If you extend your rental, Protection is also charged for the extra days.
• Protection covers damage to the bike only. It does not cover personal injury or medical costs — we recommend travel insurance.
• Loss or theft is not covered by Protection. If the bike is lost or stolen, contact us on WhatsApp immediately so we can act quickly to locate it.
• Rikent Protection is a damage cover offered by Rikent, not an insurance product.

6. Travel eSIM

• Activation details are sent to the email address you provide after payment.
• Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Please check this before ordering.
• Refunds: if your eSIM cannot be processed or the activation details are not delivered, we refund the full amount. Once the activation details have been delivered, the order cannot be refunded.

7. Riding safely

You must follow Indonesian traffic law and wear a helmet at all times while riding.
