Before you order

Will my phone work?

Two things must be true.

Your phone supports eSIM. Most recent iPhones (XS/XR and later), Google Pixel phones and Samsung Galaxy S20 and later do.
Your phone is carrier-unlocked. Phones locked to a home carrier usually cannot add another eSIM.

Refunds

If we cannot deliver, you get your money back

If your eSIM cannot be processed or the activation details are not delivered, we refund the full amount. Once the activation details have been delivered, the order cannot be refunded, so please check your phone first.
